Estimated Bills
We attempt to read all of our meters each and every month. If we are unable to access our equipment and get a meter reading, we will leave a meter-reading card behind. Fill in the card and drop it in the mail, submit the readings to info@enwin.com or give us a call at (519)255-2727.
If we don't get meter readings, we will be forced to estimate your monthly usage based on usage history. To avoid estimated bills, please ensure we have unencumbered access to our equipment.
