Water Rate Study 2007
The Commission retained the services of Earth Tech Canada Inc. and Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. to undertake a water rate study which complied with emerging regulations and forecasted rates out over a ten year planning horizon. As the soon to be approved legislation places a heavy emphasis on asset management and full cost pricing, a detailed review of the Commission's infrastructure was undertaken and the calculated rates provided herein incorporate this long term replacement plan.
